I / We understand that each year we have 8 days/7 nights that I / we may use & exchange at the CWGIVC or II, (with applicable exchange fees).
I / We understand that my / our legal entitlement is the right of occupation from year and is a lifetime membership. This takes effect upon full payment of your purchase and is based on the first year of occupancy being .
I / We understand that I/we are not entering into this Agreement as a financial investment, we have purchased this membership to enjoy and secure future quality holiday accommodations.
I / We understand that should I / we wish to terminate this contract within ten (10) days, the Legal/Processing and Admin fee of Php20,000 (twenty thousand pesos) is non-refundable.
